Hi Dr Paul
I want get information regarding neonatal out come for each gestation from 24 week for counselling .
Can you please advice in view of Chronic lung disease, CP, MR,survival ect .

Many people still use Draper charts (Draper ES, Manktelow B, Field DJ, James D (2003) Tables for predicting survival for preterm births are updated. BMJ 327: 872.) but these are now well out of date. If you need information for counselling, then the best thing is to get figures from your neonatal unit. There is no point in telling a woman that the chances of her baby surviving at say 24 weeks is X from published figures if the figures from the unit caring for her baby are Y.
