Dear paul, Ques---A healthy 23 year old woman attends the emergency gynaecology clinic because of vaginal bleeding at 7 weeks gestation. She is haemodynamically stable and the cervical os is open on clinical examination. Ultrasound scan shows a complete molar pregnancy.
Ans-- Suction evac without cervical preparation.
Doubt-- The latest RCOG guideline says cervix can be primed. Please clarify.
