1st question on dysmenorrhoea and dyschaesia-- i felt the answer was bilateral adnexal masses, but it could also be thickened POD.
2nd question: 17 yr old with recurrent UTI and dysperunia---i felt the answer was vaginal septum since it can be associated with renal anomalies and hence UTI, but i think it could also be uretral mucosal prolapse.
simple endometrial hyperplasia in a woman on HRT(for 5 yrs), i have marked stop HRT but think it could also be mirena.
