Dear Paul, Frequently,thistype of question asked in exam.Rcog guideline says---asymptomatic thrmbophilia (except antithrombin deficiency,homozygous Fvleiden mutation& combined defects),recommends 7 days postnatal thromboprophylaxis( or 6 wks if Fhx/orother risk factors). So above question ,should be for 7 days thromboprophylaxis.Would you clarify please.

Thanks - we have identified and deleted the question as it was uploaded incorrectly. The NOTES on thromboprophylaxis are correct and consistent with RCOG guidelines.
