Dear Paul,
Please help me understanding the indications of the Kleiheur Test regarding the anti D prophylaxes
A 34 year old Rhesus negative, un-sensitised woman has been referred by the community midwife at 32 weeks gestation because she experienced an episode of fresh vaginal bleeding 7 days earlier but was too busy to attend hospital. She has not suffered any recurrence. Fetal movements are normal and the fundal height is appropriate for gestation age. Fetal heart rate is normal. Your answer: B
